I have been able to showcase the ability to lead and strengthen the overall objectives outlined. My career started in target markets of finance, customer support, and management. In these markets, I was able to sharpen my skills, as well as lead very effectively, providing very productive outcomes. Description of me from past and present colleges have been innovative, process driven, and leadership style that can be viewed as what all companies should inspire to have—adapting to change and promoting the importance of diversity and inclusion amongst company executives. My most significant achievement has been being a leader of an employee resource group for five years, where I worked with senior leadership to vastly change the culture and the importance of fairness and giving all an opportunity to be their authentic self.
