About James Glasner

I am an experienced professional with more than 27 years in Engineering, IT, sales and people management in a number of industry sectors, however a few years ago I transitioned across to the IT Engineering space fully. While in sales I consistently achieved sales and profit targets so I bring up selling to the table. My key skills include IT Networking, hardware and software etc. My sales skills include Account Management, Business Optimization, Development of Commercial Operations and maximizing team potentials through strategic planning, project management and leadership abilities. I transitioned in to the IT field within the last few years and I have developed strong technical skills and have been working independently on National Contracts covering a wide range of networking and hardware issues. With regards to technical abilities I have become an accomplished engineer on behalf of BT and EE customers as well as a number of major retailers, pharmacies and schools carrying out installations, networking and hardware repairs, EPOS installs and repairs as well as printer, laptop and monitor repairs during my time with Equinox.
