With over 34 years of enforcement experience and a proven track record of leadership, I currently serve as the Code Enforcement Division Manager, where I drive strategic planning and operational excellence for impactful initiatives. A graduate of the 1997 Police Reserve Academy, I have dedicated my career to advancing the field of code enforcement and was honored to be the first code enforcement professional in Oregon to achieve the Oregon Code Enforcement Association Code Enforcement Professional certification. I specialize in overseeing complex programs, including managing staff, setting priorities, and achieving program goals with a focus on continuous improvement. My role involves developing policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering stakeholder relationships to deliver measurable outcomes. I am deeply passionate about wildfire mitigation, outdoor stewardship, and building collaborative solutions to enhance community safety. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors and traveling internationally, embracing the opportunity to learn from diverse cultures and landscapes.
