About James Graver

I am a proven SAP technical leader with 27 years of experience. I am experienced in core SAP ABAP development as well as SAP's newer technical platforms such as the Business Technology Platform. I am skilled at using many of the BTP applications such as the integration suite middleware for interface work, Adobe Document Services, Embedded Analytics, and SAP document management. As a leader, I pursue training and experience in applicable technologies that enable my team to be successful on SAP implementations and then pass on that information to my team to keep them current. In addition to SAP expertise, I am also knowledgeable in web application development, mobile application development, and database knowledge. My expertise and business background spans both functional and technical aspects of SAP. I have acted as a team lead on multiple engagements and my teams have ranged in size from 5 to 35 and included both onsite and offshore personnel. I have experience in most of the core modules of SAP and have had the opportunity to work in a number of the industry solutions. Prior to my career as an SAP Consultant, I worked in logistics in the military and supply chain in industry. As a result, materials management, inventory management, and warehouse management are amongst the areas I am strongest in. My business experience is also very useful in enabling me to understand what my clients expect and the guidance they would like to receive from a consultant during an SAP implementation.
