About James Gray

I am a Field Service Technician in the Northern Virginia area for Prim Power Services. I primarily service data centers in Northern Virginia area to include preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. With over 20 years of experience in electrical technology, substation maintenance, and prime power operations, I am currently the S3 Current Operations Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) at the 249th Engineer Battalion under the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), where I manage the current operations of the 249th Engineer Battalion. I am qualified in CPR/AED and OSHA 30-Hour. I have also completed my Bachelors degree in Business Administration and entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland University College. My core competencies include communication, coordination, planning, execution, and supervision of complex and critical projects in various environments and locations. I have successfully led and supported multiple missions and tasks involving power generation, distribution, electrical testing and maintance and supported restoration efforts, both domestically and internationally. I am passionate about providing reliable and sustainable power solutions to meet the needs and challenges of USACE and its customers. I value teamwork, innovation, excellence, and service, and I strive to contribute to USACE's mission of engineering solutions for the nation's toughest challenges.
