About James Guardado

Life is full of twists and turns that sometimes leave you with questions and confusion, but It's those twist and turns that get you to the right place. I would have never imagined that I'd move miles from my hometown to take a position within a company that I knew nothing about and leave one industry for another that I had no experience in. Today I am 100% grateful that I did. Upon graduation and while entering the workforce, I've found myself growing into positions that developed a personal heart for safety, leading and developing my fellow colleagues/company and aiming to empower those around me. Today, I continue to pour all that I have learned into my work and those around me. I desire to learn all that I can while doing what I love. I do not know what twist and turns may be ahead, but they very well may be the twist and turns that are needed to get you where you need to be!
