Jim has been selling plastic resin since 1986, and has been selling Nylon 66 / PA66 and Nylon 6 / PA6 plastic resin and scrap since 1996 into both the domestic USA and China / SE Asian export plastics recycling markets. Over the years Jim has sold PA66 off grade pellets, nylon base resin, wide specification compounds and resins, baled fibers, fiber rolls, Nylon 66 post industrial (PI) regrinds and shred. His main business goal is to develop long term nylon 66 supply partnerships with added value compounding companies around the world. Jim has developed Nylon 66 sales relationships with large compounding companies in both the USA and China markets. He has been traveling in China since 1996, and usually travels to Asia every year to meet new customers and develop new business partnerships. Jim sells Nylon 66 and Nylon 6 off grade and wide specification resins which allow his customers to better compete in the injection molding or added value compounding markets. These off grade / wide specification polyamide 66 materials allow users to blend, process or compound (with or without prime) to produce a wide range of cost-effective nylon resins and compounds tailored to fit their specific customer or market needs. Over the years he has developed plastic recycling programs, and/or sold off-grade pellets and scrap for companies such as DuPont, Invista, Ascend (formerly Solutia), BASF, Honeywell, NYCOA, CYRO Industries, Plaskolite, Lucite, Arkema-Altuglas, Aristech Acrylics, and Ticona.
