About James Gyamfi

I am an aspiring heavy equipment technician with a strong background in health and safety. I am currently enrolled in Cambrian College's Heavy Equipment Technician program (HDTN), and I am proud to be under the tutelage and guidance of some seasoned professors with years of experience in the industry. I would describe myself as a self-motivated and proactive individual, who is always eager to learn, and apply what he knows in solving problems. I have a knack for digital systems and technology, so placing myself in an industry which combines mechanics, electronics and technology in solving problems is almost a natural calling. I have years of experience in public safety and administration. In those years of experience, I have played leadership roles, harnessed my communication skills, contributed to projects and policies amongst others. Some notable projects I have been privileged to contribute to may include: Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety Project (BIGRS, 2021), and Ghana's Transport Sector Improvement Project, particularly the Pokuase Interchange Project. I also had the opportunity to serve on the management team of the Bono East Regional Office for the National Road Safety Authority.
