About James Hadden

I decided to become a manager because I realized, well before my career began, that what I wanted most out of a job was the opportunity to help people - to teach them new skills, to encourage them to push themselves and to try new things, and to be an immediate support through whatever challenges they might face. Management, to me, is all about recognizing that our most valuable resources are the people with whom we work, which means actively caring about them as human beings. I know that people do their best work when they are well equipped with the tools and information they need, and when they recognize that their peers and leaders genuinely care about their success and wellbeing.
