I have over 30 years of accumulated skills, knowledge, and abilities in manufacturing as a 3rd generation Revere Copper Products employee. Personally produced in excess of lbs of copper bar, which equates to almost coils. Proficient at all 31 jobs in the Bar Mill/Extrusion department. Great knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, and Contract Negotiations for over 15yrs. Process Improvement advocate with respect to all areas on their internal controls to identify problem areas, and actions required to improving the operational effectiveness. Ability to read, understand, create procedures. Lead person since 2011, taking care of overtime, lineups, placing co-workers on jobs, troubleshooting and making quality and production decisions for the good of the company. Proficient at preparation, examination, presentation, and interpretation of all work instructions and QAP’s. Superior skills in Behavioral Based Safety and employee/management relations. Collaborating with different areas within Revere to create work instructions under the new JIB format and various other projects to help with work flow for the most efficient process of our product.
