About James Hamilton

As a Senior Leader in Care with over 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record of delivering quality and profitability across a wide range of care settings. I have an MBA with a focus on strategy, finance, operations, HR, and creative management, and I have developed skills in commercial improvement, new business development, and team development and building.I have recently left my role as MD at Autonomy Care Group, where I led the transformation of the organisation's culture, performance, and growth. I have improved CQC ratings, increased occupancy, reduced costs, and enhanced colleague and customer satisfaction. Previously, I was a Regional Manager at Caring Homes Group, where I turned around troubled services, increased turnover, and retained and developed key team members. I am passionate about improving the quality of care for those we serve, enhancing the working environment for colleagues, and increasing the commercial outcomes for the organisation. I am looking for my next opportunity to make a positive impact in the care sector.
