With nearly 25 years of experience in various leadership roles, I have successfully led teams to achieve significant revenue increases, operational efficiencies, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. My expertise spans across hotel management, development, and operations, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences and fostering brand loyalty. I have a strong background in marketing and sales management, having worked with top brands and properties in the U.S. and Canada.
