As team operations manager, James handles all of the day-to-day operations & behind-the-scenes tasks for the Historic Real Estate LA Team. He actively helps manage an array of different duties - including marketing efforts, escrow timeframes, and time management coordination. Known for his stellar communication with prompt & detailed responses, James ensures all parties in each transaction are always up-to-date and well-informed of what is transpiring each day. No stranger to real estate, James has spent the past seven years working in operational roles supporting numerous high-volume teams with average yearly transitions north of $100 million. His experience and knowledge in real estate are expansive and diverse, including multiple years in Southern California's multifamily sector and San Francisco's luxury residential market, which strengthened his passion for historic real estate. James graduated from California State University, LA with a business degree in real estate. Today, James resides in Silver Lake with his partner as they enjoy and embrace LA's eclectic & trendy Eastside scene.
