I am a senior IT Development Manager with over 21 years extensive experience within the industry covering retail and investment banking, publishing and wholesale perdominantly delivering global central systems. I have built and maintained high quality IT delvery teams on a global scale, defining operating models to leverage in-house and partner skills. This was the first finance development team to receive SAPs ACCOE award. I have restructered the IT enterprise development that included building off shore teams, right-shoring and right-sourcing and have a proven ability to deliver extensive and complex development programmes within time and budget. I am a tactical and strategic leader with a thorough grasp and understanding of the full technical developemnt lifecycle and have extensive skills and experience in delivering packaged and bespoke solutions for enterprise systems. I have first class relationship and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to comunicate at senior levels and motivate programme and development teams. I have extensive SAP experience at various levels lncluding development, performance, tuning, analysis and configuration FICO/SD and MM, mobile technologies including SUP plus various other development languages.
