About James Harrison

I come from a family that builds a career out of the transportation industry, Including tractor-trailer drivers, dispatchers, and having parents that owned and operated their own companies. Although, I've not always worked in transportation, I've made it a high importance to provide excellent customer service in the fields in which I have worked. When I started here at Direct Delivery Today, LLC, I was a company driver. Now I work inside the office. I'm glad that I've been able to experience several positions with this company, as it has given me knowledge of how each person plays an important role in a company. I'm currently the sales manager here at Direct Delivery Today, LLC. My goals as the sales manager are to continue growth of our company by opening new accounts, pursuing leads that come across my desk, email, or are given to me by one of our many helpful drivers or staff. In addition to that reach out to our current customer for feedback of how our team performs. By doing this, my goal is to target our areas of service concerns, staff and brainstorm with our team of how we can turn these service concerns around and better meet the needs of our customers.
