Servant leader who fosters a true team mentality to ensure success.I’m driven to help my clients be successful. In 20+ years of working in IT I have held many roles but the one thread through all of them is helping my clients to be successful. I accomplish this by personally working with all stakeholders to understand the nuance of what is needed to meet the desired results.I have spent the past 18 years working in multiple roles for various software developers. I have worked my way up to serve as a successful Technical Support Manager, Project Manager and Change Manager. Over the past 18 years I have had the pleasure of working with many Fortune companies as my clients which has helped me to become stronger at my job. I have been able to work with these clients to deliver project releases and technical support expertise to further their business goals and growth.As a servant leader, I lead by example to create an environment of trust and foster leadership in all members of my teams. This in turn generates success in delivering the best solutions and results to my clients. In all my roles I have earned the respect and most importantly the TRUST of my clients and colleagues.I am seeking a position as a Project Manager or Technical Support Manager.
