About James Henshaw

I successfully attained my undergraduate BSc degree in Computer Science in 2020. The 3 years I studied allowed me to acquire and develop various skills in computing and other areas, such as: working independently and as part of a team, the collection and critical analysis of data, software development, database systems, computer science applications, cybersecurity etc. I continued my education with LJMU, furthering my knowledge by graduating with a merit from my MSc in Computing and Information Systems in 2021. I believe this masters has enabled me to improve on the skills that I gained during my undergraduate degree and expand my expertise in the computing field, such as learning how Business and IT can work in conjunction effectively through the management of e-business. Throughout my years of study, I have worked in an environment requiring me to provide direct assistance to customers. My experience as a sales assistant has enabled me to develop excellent communication and customer service skills, dealing with consumers and any queries they might have whilst maintaining a high satisfaction rate. For the past year I have taken on an additional role in the store as a delivery driver. This role requires that I need to operate both swiftly and efficiently in high pressure situations. This means that it is essential my time management skills and organisation levels are of the highest standard. Following my graduation I am open to work and I am looking forward to the future opportunities and challenges that come my way.
