Located on the Central Coast of NSW, i-Fitness has been improving the health of the Central Coast since January 2007. Our motto is 'Smart solutions for better health.' sometimes improving your health can be challenging and because our patients are unique, so are their circumstances. We arn't just great practitioners, we are great problem solvers and love working with people of all different abilities, health conditions and backgrounds to find practical solutions to overcoming barriers and getting healthier. Personally I have significant expertise and experience in cardiac rehabilitation, working with those with disabilities as well as health education.
