Responsible for the selection and distribution of over stock keeping units (skus) both next day and ground shipments. Responsible for process improvement activities; Kiazen events, accuracy, productivity and quality metric tracking and coaching of team members. Former Senior Leader working in the military industry for over 25 years. Extends influence beyond organization, working with key stakeholders to meet objectives and increase efficiencies.
