Accomplished leader and consultant in Organizational Excellence as demonstrated through Performance Excellence Network (formerly Minnesota Council for Quality) activities and experience in nuclear industry organizational effectiveness activities- Evaluator, Judge and Lead Judge in the Performance Excellence Network (PEN), a Baldrige-based award process for Minnesota and several bordering states - Initiated and took the lead role to author white paper guidance to support Judge and Evaluator capability and consistency in the evaluation and assessment of Innovation processes and Work Systems (e.g, Value Chain) in the PEN process- Member of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) working group for Standard Nuclear Performance Model (SNPM), a process-based plant operations model, over several cycles of revision. Took lead in the Performance Improvement area of the model - Senior Member of the American Society of Quality; certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CQM/OE) and certified Quality Auditor (CQA)- Industry representative to International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as contributor and co-author for several process-based Knowledge Management guidance documents - Frequent invitations to present on related management principles at local and national ASQ conferences, and American Nuclear Society Working conference (the past three years in the Knowledge Management/Performance Improvement track) Desire to always continue to learn and improve capabilities to contribute in my professional and personal life.
