Successfully increased revenue 7%+. Stabilized/motivated team, and retained/engaged top talent. • Drove successful turnaround of a nationwide,$125M General Motors services contract as Aramark Regional Vice President. Streamlined operations, improved performance, and reduced contract cost by 3%. • Planned, executed, managed opening of two largest Aramark Corrections contracts since 2001 ($110M annual revenue) in a 90-day period.
