Excellent all-round operational, business and financial awareness with strong customer focus, gained from both public and private sector organisations, enhanced by the completion of a Diploma in Management Studies and MBA. Offer exceptional data extraction, integration and analytical skills using MS Excel and MS Access coupled with Visual Basic coding and SQL language applied under tight time constraints, to create insightful reports and presentations for senior management at world leading end-to-end IT services corporations, the most recent being DXC Technology. For over 3 years was Business and Service Continuity Manager / Exit Manager for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services and prior that in a major transformation programme for one of its major Government accounts was instrumental in making the Configuration Management process ITIL compliant. My MI reporting experience commenced proper whilst on the Service Level Management Reporting team for EDS, where gained team management responsibility for 2 sites and 15 staff members on a Government account. Preceding my IT career, worked in manufacturing, having 7 years as Production Planner and Material Control experience, 3 of which as Production Manager, where built up my team leading abilities.
