Through my career I have assisted in the opening and management of 6 super centers averaging square feet, down to specialty stores averaging square feet. This has lead to great experiences and partnerships over the past 25+ years and has taught me many different skill sets. I have successfully managed multiple roles of the retail store environment and have a solid record of achievements. I enjoy working in an environment that is on the move to succeed in today's retail climate and times. I prefer a fast-paced environment, enjoy company travel, and understand the pressures and demands of the retail sector, including new challenges. I am a proven leader when it comes to positively motivating associates and producing winning results. I am a team player that believes in a hands on approach to management. I plan and organize effectively, insisting on excellence and drive for results. Taking ownership in my work, leading my associates to have ownership in their work. I stand for accountability, which is part of managing a successful team.
