I am a senior executive with extensive experience in leading complex businesses, including considerable dealings at Board level. In all aspects of my career to date I have built a unique set of skills spanning strategy, leadership, financial, business process, marketing and people engagement across all levels and types of business. I have specialised in managing large scale physical and cultural change programs at organisation-wide levels. I have considerable experience in leading and coaching individuals and teams in corporate, not-for-profit and sporting industries. In all roles I have been able to establish a team-based culture that out-performed the market growth levels, including numerous national awards for excellence. My previous roles have all required the development of a strong vision and culture which brings individuals together to achieve outcomes.
