In 2022, my wife and I left Vancouver Island and moved to Japan. I spoke zero Japanese. My wife loved living in Canada. But we came here for a reason…to join her family commercial real estate business and keep it in the family instead of selling it. The company has been doing real estate brokerage and development for 40 years, primarily focused on mutli-family residential. Since joining the company I have expanding our offering to non-Japanese investors. Here’s what we can help you do: 1.
