Awarded FLAS Fellowships, collaborated with Program Officer at UD Dept. of Education, filed annual reports on grant outcomes. • Faculty Committees Administrator: Established, coordinated, and chaired interdisciplinary faculty committees for various departmental grants and awards programs. Recruited faculty committee members from across relevant schools and departments, provided guidance for committee deliberations, processed committee decisions and notified grantees/awardees. • Grant Writer and Administrator: Collaborated in the data collection, project development, and creative program design for multiple grant proposals, including the US Dept. of Education’s Title VI NRC and FLAS grants ($500K per annum) and the Tinker Foundation Graduate Field Research Grant program ($30K per annum).
