About James Hunt

As an operations manager, I've developed a unique skillset leading the daily demands of complex agricultural manufacturing and supply chain operations. My journey in this field began on a family dairy farm and has since been driven by a passion for lifelong learning, which drives me to constantly seek out opportunities for improvement across teams, facilities, and processes. I’m a dedicated leader who thrives on engaging with all levels of stakeholders, from line-level staff to ownership, to spearhead business initiatives and cost-saving strategies. My experience in production operations management, team building and training, supply chain management, and maintenance management has equipped me with a robust skill set that ensures efficiency and quality in every project I undertake. Whether optimizing produce production annually or developing foundational processes for a new maintenance department, I approach each challenge with a strategic mindset and a commitment to excellence. I believe in cultivating a positive workplace culture, especially within a demanding seasonal work environment, and I take pride in fostering team cohesion and collaboration.
