This reduced document creation error rates to zero, saving up to six hours of issue resolution time per data load. • Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing new client onboardings into the Publisher system. • Responsible for continuing all activities from the Data Specialist role. • Held regular meetings with high level executives to discuss the vision and future of the Publisher system.
