About James Ingram

James is a senior executive and consultant who brings more than 30 years of robust industry experience to his role at the helm of Ingram Advisory. From teenage stints as a kitchen hand, to top-tier executive positions in leading companies, there is no aspect of the hospitality industry that has escaped his purview over the past three decades. His career has seen him own and operate his own award-winning venues including, International Restaurant & Bar, to holding executive leadership roles with esteemed organisations including Merivale, Solotel and Etymon Projects – a subsidiary of Aqualand Property Group, among other prominent appointments. James also sits on the Advisory Board for Hawke’s Brewing Co and is co-founder of Peninsula Hospitality, which owns The Dry Dock Public House and Dining Room in the Sydney suburb of Balmain. James’ passion and dedication to the art of hospitality is underscored by a collaborative, people-centric and considered approach, which has seen him deliver creative and commercial success for start-up ventures and established organisations. Through Ingram Advisory, James provides strategic and creative advisory services to a range of industry sectors across hospitality, leisure, design, property, and government. James is recognised for combining creative vision with innovation to drive success for those that he collaborates with.
