Background

About James Isreal

I am an experienced educator and administrator who has worked with diversified urban and rural at-risk, underrepresented, low-socioeconomic and or disadvantaged student populations as well as affluent students in secondary education. I have administrative and instructional experiences within the realms of school management and instructional leadership, vertical and horizontal curriculum alignment, supervision of school environment and grounds, professional development, recruitment, secondary to post-secondary transition, and effective communication skills among others within public middle and high schools, alternative, and charter school education. With the ability to promote the philosophy of a school’s program; provide school-building leadership; make informed, date-driven, and objective decisions; create an effective staff development plan through assessed school needs; and improve relationships between clients, schools, and the community, I am prepared to empower students and fellow staff with special interests in curriculum and instruction, discipline, and post-secondary endeavors and guidance to maximize the student learning experience, which affect the school’s overall performance.
