About James Jentz

James offers 35 years’ experience in project management, planning, detailed design & documentation of a wide range of projects including roadworks, subdivisions, sewerage schemes, water supply schemes, drainage studies, commercial developments and Local Government operations and management. He also provides valuable experience in site supervision and contract administration of the abovementioned works. James has spent 26 years with AECOM in various locations. Prior to relocating to the Newcastle office in November 2022, James was the Darwin Office Manager from 2018 to September 2022, responsible for the day to day operations of the office and projects in the office. A large portion of his 25 years has bene delivering projects in regional areas throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory including the provision of professional services to remote communities throughout mainland Queensland and the Torres Strait and the Northern Territory, across a broad range of infrastructure areas from asset condition assessments, to planning, detailed design & documentation and contract administration of the abovementioned works. James was also the manager for the AECOM Reconciliation Action Plan, managing the development of the first two Innovate RAPs and implementation of the initiatives identified.
