Proficiency in Project setup & Close out activities for oil and gas projects managing Home office and Site office documentations and controlling Engineering, Vendor and Construction documentations for Refinery, Petrochemicals and LNG Project Activities include technical assistant includes creating meeting reports, scheduling events, responding to clients' inquiries through email and phone calls, monitoring office inventories, basic troubleshooting on defective equipment, providing recommendations on product development and analyzing operations processes. Preparing technical datasheets and documents under the direction of senior engineers/ consultants, printing drawing from AutoCAD. With my extensive year of experience in the construction field as a Project Turnover Completion Technical Assistant, EDMS/File-Net/Share-point, Document Control Life Cycle Management, Final Documentation Handling (Vendor & Eng. Documents), responsible in maintaining and monitoring Database. Familiar with different types of Documentation system (by both management and control) such as vendor drawings /Documents, Engineering Query, RFI, Preparing RTC’s IFI’s, IFA’s, IAB, Site Instructions, Site Notifications, Contractual Documents, Non-Conformance Reports, Discrepancy reports, Procedures, Quality Control Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, Document Control Audits & Corrective Actions, Archiving / Records Storage Work Method Statements, Specifications, Purchase Orders, Shipping Documents, Material Requisition etc.
