As Chief Operations Officer at Castle Point Funds, I lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and align daily operations with long-term objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, I manage a remote team, drive process automation, and develop investment frameworks that ensure regulatory compliance and data-driven decision-making. My focus is on streamlining workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a positive culture around continuous improvement across the business. My leadership is shaped as much by diverse life experiences as by academic and professional success. Leading high-risk outdoor expeditions and volunteering as a frontline ambulance officer have instilled resilience, decisive action, and a collaborative mindset, all critical to my role as COO. On the academic side, while graduating in the top 5% of my class with a Bachelor of Applied Economics, I competed internationally as a professional cyclist, honing my discipline and focus. I later earned a Master of Commerce with First Class Honors and passed all three levels of the CFA exam on my first attempt. These experiences, both in and out of the office, have uniquely prepared me to navigate complex challenges and take a step back when the pressure is on to bring everyone together and succeed as a team. Outside of the office, my passion for adventure and community service continues to influence how I approach challenges, fostering a blend of discipline, teamwork, and adaptability that I bring to both my personal and professional endeavors.
