As a Supervisor of Development Project Management at Paycom, I lead a team of project managers who deliver high-quality software solutions to our clients and stakeholders. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University, I leverage my knowledge and skills in marketing, communication, and data analysis to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects across multiple teams and departments. I am passionate about people and I love to compete. These core traits drive me to be the best possible servant leader to my team, projects, and peers. I have successfully implemented company-wide initiatives and organizational process changes, such as adopting the SAFe Agile framework, which increased our productivity, efficiency, and collaboration. I have also created and facilitated training and development programs for project managers and other employees, enhancing their skills and performance. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as a professional and as a person.
