About James Keith

As the Head of Community Football at Dundee FC Community Trust, I lead the football delivery department, which provides benefits to the local community through football. I oversee coaches and programs that engage and inspire diverse groups of participants, from children to adults, with different abilities and backgrounds. I also collaborate with external partners, such as schools, charities, and local authorities, to ensure alignment and impact of our initiatives. I am passionate about developing and empowering people through sports, which is why I am currently pursuing an MSc in Sporting Directorship at UCFB with VSI Executive Education. This degree will equip me with the knowledge and skills to become a strategic and visionary leader in the sports industry. I have a strong academic background, with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Psychology from Abertay University, where I learned how to apply psychological theories and principles to enhance performance and well-being in sport. I also have multiple certifications from the Scottish Football Association, which demonstrate my competence and commitment to coaching and mentoring footballers.
