Highly motivated and reliable self-starter with an ability to provide simple solutions to complex problems. My goal as an IT Technician is to provide end users with the knowledge of how to efficiently use our IT infrastructures and ensure that our provided infrastructures increase proficiency. I am a key communicator able to provide IT solutions to clients across the country. From logistical solutions when a client is moving locations and needs internet yesterday, to building end-user knowledgebase documents that are easy to follow so that trending issues can be resolved before a ticket is submitted. With my degree in Business Administration I can provide key input integrating both Human Resources and Information Technology needs within a company. I am able to work with a team, build report, and ensure synergy is created amongst teammates in the work place. I am an ear to listen to grievances, and will provide solutions to those grievances, or will simply listen. My goal is to always ensure my collogues are content and feel empowered. Diversity is our strength! I have a keen attention to detail and am able to efficiently complete tasks that require a low error rate. I am able to evolve my workflow as policies change to meet company needs while providing that same low error rate.
