As a Design Release Engineer, I’ve led the development and release of exterior lighting components—ensuring seamless integration, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with styling and performance targets. I work closely with cross-functional teams including suppliers, manufacturing, and validation to deliver robust lighting solutions from concept through production. In my role as IRT Launch Lead, I represented the Body and Exterior SMT, coordinating launch activities, mitigating risks, and ensuring readiness across programs. As Global QRD Lead for Exterior Lighting, I manage quality-related design issues globally, driving root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability.
