About James Knapp

I started out working fast food, learning the processes that make food magically appear when we visit a drive-through. My food jobs taught me how to clean and keep busy to make the time pass quickly. From there I switched to a porter, doing my best to keep the Gold Ranch casino clean and stocked from the gas pumps to the RV resort. In time I was certified for propane service to fuel up the RVs, and after that certified to handle weekly counts from the slot machines.Next was a year of time working at the Atlantis Buffet, learning how to handle massive service volumes. Then after the buffet was a small sandwich shop where I learned to open and close a restaurant. In 2020 I enrolled in the Career College of Northern Nevada to train in welding and manufacturing, taking up a part time job with Firehouse Subs. Graduating July of 2021 I often wonder how I went so long without considering welding as a hobby or profession. Thank you for reading my profile!
