About James Koesterer

I have been naturally attracted to the aurora of business since a young age, and this still reigns true to this day. After attending school, in three different states, Mississippi, New York, and Pennsylvania along with my own personal experiences, I have gained a unique open-minded perspective to viewing life and people. After living and learning in unique environments and interacting with numerous diverse people my growth and excitement for understanding unfamiliar perspectives, ideas, and ways of life drives me to discover and incorporate these concepts into my everyday life and thought process. This creative mindset can translate to my professional career and any task I set my mind to as I consider all possibilities without prejudice and make the best decisions under the circumstances presented to have the desired outcome. I have been apart of amazing organizations and teams such Sigma Pi, sports, past work experience, peers, and family that have taught me the significance and meaning behind building lifelong relationships to enjoy and have positive avenues of communication with. These sorts of dynamics have also helped me comprehend complex social structures and the proper way to hold myself which in turn has led me to be a proven team player and contribute greatly in providing cohesive teamwork. My interests, ranging from investment to fitness giving me a solid understanding of obscure to common important educational material outside of my formal education that have led me down interesting paths in acquiring knowledge in the world we live in and the cultures involved. I love learning new things, interacting and connecting with people, working on productive activities with purpose and a passion, and I truly believe I have a confident vision in what I want for my future. With a solid academic foundation, intuitive interpersonal abilities, and an unwavering attention to detail, I firmly believe I am the ideal candidate for any role I set my ambitious mind to. I am excited to begin my professional career with the right opportunity.
