I am a experienced counselor, life coach, chaplain, mentor, author and speaker, with over 25 years of experience in the corporate setting and over 20 years of public safety experience. My experience includes substance abuse counseling,marriage and family counseling, coaching and mentoring and trauma and crisis counseling. I pride my self on the ability to adapt to any challenging work environment. I have been able to development my skills of teaching and effective communication and networking to a positive outcome. I enjoy meeting new people and developing new relationships. I been able to adapt my experience in the health care, public safety and care industries with my sales and marketing experience to help individuals grow in knowledge and increase their productivity by sharing the values of a strong wellness program. With a goal on building a stronger attitude and outlook in your life and business. I can help clients decreasing absenteeism and increasing presenteeism and productivity by encouraging, supporting and teaching employees in the workplace better stress management skills. This concept helps to also build and create a better more rewarding home life.
