I am a passionate and strategic leader who drives operational excellence and financial growth for O'Connor Professional Group, a premier behavioral health provider serving clients across the country. As the Vice President of Operations and Finance, I lead a large and diverse team of clinicians, professionals, contractors, and subject matter experts across various functions including staffing, intake, business development, human resources, legal, and IT. I also oversee the financial and business aspects of the organization, including developing and executing the merger and acquisition strategy, launching new service offerings, and managing the budget and revenue. I thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and constantly evolving environment, where I leverage my analytical skills to solve complex problems and deliver impactful outcomes. Prior to my current role, I spent seven years as a senior consultant at Public Consulting Group, where I managed several public sector and non-profit client accounts in the aging, disability, and early childhood domain. I handled the day-to-day operations and client-facing aspects of various projects, ranging from needs assessments and revenue analysis to outcomes evaluation and organizational change management. I also worked directly with community-based organizations to enhance their services, improve their policies and operations, and maximize their funding resources.
