Able to automate some of these techniques for specific information that is required. I am a lot about not what I have done but what I can do. Beyond technical contributions, I’m proud of my involvement in initiatives like the creation of the OLA/SLA customer escalation document between Bell and TELUS and the discovery of a lost helicopter in northern Quebec, which earned me recognition from the Quebec provincial police.
