With many years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I have developed a strong expertise in network performance, troubleshooting, and optimization across mobile and wireless systems. I have been driven by technical challenges and a passion for improving network reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, during which I have cultivated a deep understanding of many protocols and network configurations, as a result of my involvement with complex technical issues I became a candidate of choice. In my most recent roles as a RAN Performance Specialist, I have successfully led initiatives to monitor, maintain, and enhance network performance across large regions. I have collaborated extensively with cross-functional teams and vendors, employing tools like Python for automation, SQL for data analysis, and Wireshark, Network analyser and many other tools for troubleshooting, all aimed at optimizing network infrastructure and customer service. My work in protocol optimization, especially in 3G environments, has directly contributed to improved network robustness and a better overall user experience for the newer 4G 5G. Key areas of expertise include: • RAN Performance & Network Optimization • Data Analysis & Reporting • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving • Process Improvement & Automation (Python, SQL) • Bilingual (English/French) Communication & Collaboration • Customer Escalation Management & Regulatory Compliance • Technical Support for Mobile and Wireless Networks (LTE, WCDMA, VOP, SIP) When newly 3G wireless network, specific service was launched or other type of complex issues, I had to be innovative when troubleshooting with uncharted techniques or tools, with ad hoc setup's to identify where and when there was packet loss between applications, Core IP networks and RAN network occurred, all on the user plane all within each layer from application to L2,L1. Able to automate some of these techniques for specific information that is required. I am a lot about not what I have done but what I can do. Beyond technical contributions, I’m proud of my involvement in initiatives like the creation of the OLA/SLA customer escalation document between Bell and TELUS and the discovery of a lost helicopter in northern Quebec, which earned me recognition from the Quebec provincial police.
