About James Lambert

With a background of 7 years of experience in acoustics and sales, I was introduced to the field of environmental restoration in Australia, and want to collaborate with environmentally conscious organizations. My ambition now is to contribute to the restoration of ecosystems around the world and promote the necessary environmental policies. I am mobile and open to international opportunities. My foundation experience in environmental regeneration was in 2020-2021 in Australia (NSW, VIC, ACT), where I planted over 100k trees and over 150 different species of plants, adapting activities to weather conditions, and different environments (e.g. planting in water, all types of soil and ground cover.) During that experience, I managed teams of up to 15 people on diverse and major projects. In my capacity as team leader, my responsibilities were to coordinate with local nurseries and other providers; quality control; reporting advancement; client management: local councils, landscaping companies, environmental consulting firms, and construction companies. This hands-on experience was a life-changer for me and gave me the drive to deepen my knowledge of environmental restoration and regeneration. I have completed the soil advocacy training through Kiss The Ground (KTG) which introduced me to a world of solutions. I am looking for insight to kickstart my new orientation. I want to extend my network with relevant actors in the sector of environmental restoration, soil conservation, green tech, sustainable transport, and environmental innovation. My aim is to convince businesses that they need to reduce their environmental impact and protect biodiversity by selling them relevant high-value-added services.
