A proven track record of managing a large variety of stakeholders in order to achieve cost efficiencies and performance improvements, whilst working within multi million pound budgets. An excellent project manager capable of managing risk, devising and implementing innovative solutions across all stages of the supply chain and managing significant change programs. Specialities include the supply management of FMCG, supporting the introduction of significant new product ranges and the subsequent controlled exit, devising, implementing and accurately mapping new processes, forecasting and workload planning.
