Skilled and motivated O&M Package Manager Career ProgressionWhen I first began my interest in Engineering in 2008, I could not have anticipated that I would go on to be captivated and find success in the industry immediately. Consequently, my various fast-paced roles across multiple projects since, alongside my academia, has given me a vast amount of experience and skills.Moreover, I relish every opportunity to work in fast-paced and challenging environments, having led and been a key member of diverse teams in a number of experiences, gaining invaluable knowledge of how to thrive in a real-world environment. Areas of ExpertiseMy main areas of expertise include the conducting of day-to-day operations, including all aspects of delivering successful projects whilst meeting performance targets. Specifically, I focus on technical, safety, and environmental aspects and have major strengths in Project Management, Project Engineering, Budget Management, and Regulatory Compliance.Furthermore, I utilise intense organisation and relevant IT software to ensure all workflow is completed without error and can prepare reports and other documentation swiftly, accurately and to a high standard.As a person, I am very sociable, naturally calming, and approachable. I possess necessary organisational skills, can concisely think in critical moments, and hold strong written and oral communication. Those personal skills have been essential in me being able to convey complex information understandably whilst being empathetic to certain situations.
