With 30+ years of leadership, technical and mechanical experience, I am proud of my 12 years in the military repairing equipment and leading others. Military life taught me to think ahead and to be prepared. I have worked on everything from tanks to pinball machines. Since I started in the printer/copier business since 1989, I have trained others and supported some of the largest production printers along with the demands of those customers with ease. I possess a high mechanical ability with Auto/Diesel Mechanics, Woodworking, Home Improvement, Electronics Repair, Video Game (arcade) Repair, Computer building and maintenance. I attended sales and service meetings, setting the standard for those around me, I am always moving forward. I have provided Technical Support for North America for a worldwide company, in a fast-paced sales environment. I supported sales and addressed customer concerns, attended sales meeting with high level executives while helping to improve our product's reliability.
