I am an Systems Administrator with extensive experience in all aspects of technology support. My experience includes managing the Information Technology department for a civil engineering company. As the IT manager, I was responsible for maintaining the servers and workstations, managing the email and voice communications systems and enforcing LAN/Internet security. My duties also included the evaluation, acquisition and implementation of all hardware and software. I have the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide prompt solutions in a fast-paced environment. I also possess the project management and communications skills necessary for the efficient deployment of hardware/software.
