Luck is the residue of hard work and design.” – Branch Ricket The aforementioned quote is a summation of the three cardinal principles that I comport myself with: work ethic, integrity, and education. These three values are now part of my personal philosophy due to my time in the United States Marine Corps, my international travels, and my personal experiences. First with an industrious work ethic, I enable myself to reach my objectives in the face of obstacles and fatigue. Second, with integrity I am able to give my word and trust, the intangibles that seem to be ever fleeting in our modern world. Lastly, my intellectual curiosity of the world forces me to place a premium on education by studying languages, human dynamics, and finance. Combing my personal philosophy with the skills that I have honed in all of the leadership positions while in the Marine Corps, I endeavor to translate these assets onto a professional level in finance. To formalize and substantiate my education in this fascinating industry, I graduated with a Master of Science in Finance with a 3.85 GPA. Classes include- Python - Advanced Excel - VBA - Asset Strategy - Asset Valuation - Fixed Income - Equity Markets - Value Fund - Real Options - Corporate Finance - and More. To further my education on a professional level, I have already passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination and sitting for the CFA Level 1 examination.
