Originally from Melbourne, Australia and has lived in Japan since 2007. In my move to Titan Consulting I bring across my strong network and experience in recruitment for top level Pharmaceutical professionals across functions. My team and I work with the world's leading foreign Pharmaceutical companies in Japan, and have developed a deep network of professionals in Marketing, Clinical Development/R&D functions and Medical/Scientific Affairs. I've supported several market entry companies successfully, understanding the complex and compliant hiring for a company to launch a commercial business in Japan- In addition to my work at Titan Consulting, I've also been exploring innovation scouting for global Consumer Health companies, both interested in Japan partnerships and Japanese companies looking to globalize. Since 2019, I've also been appointed as Managing Partner for Japan of Compass Healthcare. Compass Healthcare is an international group specialized in Consumer Healthcare (OTC). Our main business areas are Innovation Scouting and Consulting.
