Group revenues top $20B with European revenues circa £200m. Working at director level for over 10 years and for the last 4 years having operated as Chief Customer Officer within Cox Automotive Europe, having responsibility for sales and voice of the customer at the European Board table. Developed and launched impactful customer experience and sales strategies, delivered through teams I led across New Business, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Experience and Sales Enablement, ensuring we were seen as trusted advisors to our customers and the markets we operate in.
